Dobson is Dobson. I agree with him sometimes, disagree sometimes. He's got a pretty good bead on the culture wars, though. One of the things that makes honesty so difficult in today's culture is that many people have no interest in truth. Their only calculation is "can it be used as a political tool?" Dobson doesn't think that way.
Also, with Dobson, Wildmon, Falwell, etc, there will never be a positive media story on them. Dobson does a half hour daily show. The press will select half a phrase every six months to construct a hit piece on him.

One reason magazines like Penthouse go after Wildmon is because he has really hurt them financially. Whole chains of stores have dropped such mags and it amounts to real $$$$.
I think Dobson and Wildmon are good fellows and while I don't agree with all their positions they are on the Freeper side of the Culture War. I'm surprised so many strongly oppose them. Guess they don't want to appear uncool but the media will hatchet job anyone that opposes any homo propaganda even One in Teen.

Dobson, Wildmon, Falwell, etc Thanks for the reminder. Now I remember -- it was Wildmon who said that Mighty Mouse snorts cocaine, and Falwell who said that one of the Teletubbies was gay.
