Look here: US Dog Agility Association. Under "general information" they have a list of affiliated clubs by geographic area. Find one and get going! You will have a ball.

USDAA is the "toughest" association in terms of progressing, but after you compete there AKC is a piece of cake. I haven't tried NADAC yet so I don't know how they compare.
