55th Inauguration And Day's Events - Live Thread
They kicked and stomped on the head of the "Protest Warrior" group. It's on the DC Chapter live thread. Sorry - forgot to copy URL on the way back to this thread.
But Police came in, separated two groups and is now protecting the Bush supporters from further attack by the Bush and war haters.
A year from now, Afghanistan will be freeing every corner of the Country from the North to the South. After decades of war, freedom has allowed the people to turn their guns into plows. The agricultural needs of the country are being met and the country will be beginning to feed itself. The roads will be improving to allow the free commerce that this country so desperately needs. They are no longer at war with either Pakistan or Iran and the Govt can focus on repairing its infrastructure. The warlords are still in control of the outer regions, however freedom is spreading even in those regions and the poppy problem will begin to be replaced by real crops.
Iraq will have had its elections and President Alawi will be in complete control of the Country. Saddamn will be on trial and his execution will either be completed or on its way, giving the people an end to his unspeakable brutality. His funding of terrorism has ended and many of his terrorist groups such as Hamas and PLO are being strangled financially. His $Billions gave many terrorist the abilities they no longer have now, including the 25K for every suicide bomber in Israel.
Both Falluja and the Sunni Triangle have been defeated and are turning to becoming productive areas of the country. The Iraqi National Guard will be patrolling those areas and outside of isolated attacks this will be a stable Country. The training of ING troops will begin taking pressure of US troops and the returning of our troops will be in sight. The oil industry will be growing and modernizing as the fresh dollars from high oil prices bring money to the people rather than the Gummit.
Freedom has brought the people hope and having their own Country that is allied with America, there is a new optimism that there will never be a tyrant again. Businesses are starting everywhere and the squeezing of terrorists make the Country safer for foreign businesses which are being drawn like bees to honey. Iraq is now the fastest growing economy in the World and the skys the limit.
Schools are open and teaching the children not to hate Americans or Jews. The future generations will be filled with young people who love their neighbors rather than kill them. The Govt will open negotiations with Syria, Iran, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and even Israel. Lady Liberty will move across this region like a wildfire burning bright. The Syrians and Iranians begin discussions of dropping their Weapons of Mass Destruction as both Countries have major riots and unrest problems from their own people hungry for Lady Liberty.
Pressure is being brought to bear on Iran as it is surrounded by Afghanistan and Iran while Freedom marches on. The border areas are filled with nomadic tribes that trade back and forth across the border and the word is being spread. The tenuous hold on the people is being stressed which is causing the leaders to agree with many of the demands of the world against their atomic weapons program. The fall of Iran is inevitable.
The future looks bright for both Afghanistan and Iraq. Freedom is a powerful force that can bring commerce and peace to a part of the world that has had very little of either. Persia and the Middle East has fought or been oppressed since the Dawn of Man. Thanks to President George W Bush and his re-election the cradle of man has a New Dawn.
Pray for W and Our Troops
LOLOLOL, I got a visual of that....LOLOLOL
"I wasn't born until 1975, so I missed the scum's heyday. But there is nothing more useless than these sanctimonious cretins. We've got these spoiled college pukes, and the worthless 60's leftovers. All they do is p!ss and moan. "No blood for oil" BullXXXX! Where were these "peace" protesters when Clinton was going into Kosovo? These crybaby peace-pansies make me want to puke.
(Thanks for letting me get that off my chest)."
Jeez, don't hold back... Let us know how you really feel!!!
I thought the ceremony was perfect- Dignified, not too long, and the images of Kerry sitting by himself off to the side were priceless! I wonder where TERRRAYYYZZZAAA is these days?
God, the Bush Twins are gorgeous! (Their Mom isn't too shabby either...)

Your family will be okay; there's so much security there that an ant couldn't sneak in :-)
Our group got attacked?
I think they should have some Bradley Fighting Machines in the Parade. Show the world and the idiots at ANSWER who's in charge.
Unfortunatley C-span 1 will pick up where they left off.
Do you really think it is our job to convert people from Islam? Have we not already cut off a big enough bite? I'll be more than satisfied if we can just stop those that kill in the name of religion . . . whatever religion they practice.
I hope our Fellow Freepers stay safe out there... the Protest Warriors ran into a little trouble a few minutes ago:
12:12 p.m. ET
Not So Peaceful Peace Rally
Hundreds of people gathered at both ends of Meridian Hill Park in Northwest Washington for a peace rally sponsored by the D.C Antiwar Network.
But there were interlopers: Thirteen members of ProtestWarror, supporting the Bush administration and its policies in Iraq. When the Bush supporters arrived, about 20 black-clad, self-described anarchists emerged from the crowd, shouting profanity and epithets and demanding that they leave the peace rally.
When the Bush supporters refused to leave, the anarchists tore the sign out of the Bush supporters' hands and stomped on them. When ProtestWarrior leader Gil Kobrin objected, several male anarchists knocked him to the ground, kicking him in the back and punching him. Other anarchists punched and shoved Kobrin's 12 colleagues.
After D.C. Antiwar Network members broke up the fight, the Bush supporters heeded their order to leave the park. Kobrin then called D.C. police, who are now guarding them at the entrance of the park as they hold up their pro-war signs. "We're going to hang tight," Kobrin said. "We're expressing our freedom of speech just as they are expressing theirs." --Robert MacMillan

I get to see the parade this year. Last time I was freezing my butt off watching one of the staging areas (felt sorry for the dancer-types in skimpy outfits... brrrrrrr). ;-)
Terry Moran is in the car behind the president.....hoping for a riot, no doubt.
The Bush twins, Laura, Lynn Cheney and Liz Cheney looked absolutely gorgeous.
He covered the Kerry campaign for Fox and as such reported on what Kerry said, without comment..It might lead you to believe he was pro Kerry..I wished he had covered Bush instead...
well that explains why they were throwing things before the parade started....Just like Hill/Billy they're camera hogs.

I'm calm now. Laura is a class act, and Jenna's not bad, but Barbara is a Fox!
I loved the military review, especially the colonial soldiers! I wonder who they are? The sound of the piccolos playing "Yankee Doodle" really got to me. God has blessed us as a nation so much! God bless us!
I saw as GW was getting into the limo that the SS guy who was blocked in that South American incident held the door for GW.
Did anyone else see how thick those limo doors are?
What a beautiful post. I really expect that any day we will hear about a revolt in Iran. Their people are ready to crack.
Thanks, They are in the West Monroe High School Rebel Band. (nieces)
