Tomorrow is "Not One Damn Dime Day" for the left. (wackos trying to hurt U.S. economy)

"NOT ONE DAMN DIME DAY

Since our leaders don't have the moral courage to speak out against the war in Iraq, Inauguration Day, Thursday, January 20th, 2005 is "Not One Damn Dime Day" in America.

On "Not One Damn Dime Day" those who oppose what is happening in our name in Iraq can speak up with a 24-hour national boycott of all forms of consumer spending.

During "Not One Damn Dime Day" please don't spend money, and don't use your credit card. Not one damn dime for gasoline. Not one damn dime for necessities or for impulse purchases. Nor toll/cab/bus or train ride money exchanges. Not one damn dime for anything for 24 hours.

On "Not One Damn Dime Day," please boycott Walmart, KMart and Target. Please don't go to the mall or the local convenience store. Please don't buy any fast food (or any groceries at all for that matter).

For 24 hours, please do what you can to shut the retail economy down. The object is simple. Remind the people in power that the war in Iraq is immoral and illegal; that they are responsible for starting it and that it is their responsibility to stop it."

This is an anonymous letter that has been circulating the net and been posted on many left wing websites (the idea has been attributed to Bill Moyers). I just thought I'd pass the info along to my fellow Freepers. The left hopes to strike a blow to the U.S. economy with a 24 hour boycott beginning midnight tonight, and I think it would be great if we do everything we can to counter this.

So Freepers, if you've been saving up for a new TV, or any big purchase, or if you just need an oil change or a fresh tank of gas, try to buy it tomorrow. Get out there and support American businesses on inauguration day, and help cancel out this pathetic leftist attempt to hurt our economy.

Not to worry, they may SAY they won't buy but their greedy little fingers will be out there pulling money out of their pockets...that's a fact.

Let's see. A new subscription to the Limbaugh Letter. Complete collection of Ann Coulter's books. Full tank of gas. 10 reams of premium paper. Fresh pine boards to make into boxes. Marinated sirloin steaks. Not enough time for all the shopping that needs to be done.

I used to waitress. We had 'welfare weekends' (First of the month). It was hell because they rang up a huge bill and never tipped.

You know the DU drug addicts will still contribute to their drug dealers. These morons couldn't find their way out of a wet paper bag with a bayonet in their hands.
