Presidential Inauguration Security Information Turned Over to Anti-American, Terrorist-linked Group
D.C. Says Judge's Orders Threaten Public Safety

As the nation's capital prepares itself for the presidential inauguration by going into lockdown mode and placing portable Stinger missile launchers throughout the city, Americans may be stunned to learn that the District of Columbia has been forced by a federal judge to hand over intelligence data on police tactics, training, and strategies from the last inauguration to an organization with documented ties to terrorist groups and Saddam Hussein.

The District of Columbia was forced by court order to turn over this information to the International Action Center (IAC), a group involved in Thursday's protests of the second Bush inaugural through the A.N.S.W.E.R Coalition. The anti-Bush groups expect as many as 100,000 will converge on the nation's capital and they intend to get as close to the presidential motorcade as possible. Some media pundits have expressed surprise that the District has offered protestors "prime real estate" along the parade route along Pennsylvania Avenue. But this is largely because of legal pressure exerted by the protesters and their radical law firms.

Not current info, if I read this correctly.

Do you really think that the tactics change very much from inauguration to inauguration? Of course not. Tactics are tactics. Although, now that this *sshole judge has let everything be revealed, the police will HAVE to change their tactics this time. But, then again, how much can you change tactics? There are certain things that must be done regardless of which inauguration it is. I despise this treasonous judge. She must be removed from the bench somehow. But, of course, you can't. Our whole judicial system is verging on collapse, as no one can believe in it being fair anymore. And a lot of the time, the rulings are just plain dangerous, like this Kessler one. Disgusts me.

The last inauguration was pre 9/11. I would hope there have been significant changes.

"Judge Gladys Kessler, who handled the case, issued the orders disclosing the security data. (Kessler was appointed to the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in July 1994 by former president Bill Clinton and confirmed by the Senate.)"

Figures.

When are we going to wake up and, instead of "new tone," or "kinder gentler," we drop the boom on these subversive judges that X42 put in power?

My head is going to explode. I think turnabout is fair play however and we should publish the judge's address and phone number.

Sweet.

The rep from National write your Congressman just stopped by my office looking for my boss.

I was able to pass this story on to him. (Printed him out the entire AIM story)

He was not to pleased to hear about this and said he would look into this and pass it on up the chain.

Mr. Peach and I were just discussing this and we suggested that 1) authorities ignore the order to release this information; 2) everyone call their representatives; 3) blast this judge in letters to the editor in local papers.

I've sent it to everyone in my e-mail address book and will call Lindsey Graham (RINO) tomorrow.
