FYI, ping:
...Americans may be stunned to learn that the District of Columbia has been forced by a federal judge to hand over intelligence data on police tactics, training, and strategies from the last inauguration to an organization with documented ties to terrorist groups and Saddam Hussein.

The District of Columbia was forced by court order to turn over this information to the International Action Center (IAC), a group involved in Thursday's protests of the second Bush inaugural through the A.N.S.W.E.R Coalition.

Does this surprise anybody, really? The war is ON our home soil, and our enemies live among us and CALL themselves Americans. And their army is growing and they're enabling the import of reinforcements. The battle lines are drawn. Lining up with al quada are the queers, the NOW nags, the racebaiters (read, the REAL racists), the illegals, the media, Hollywood (most of it), etc. If we, and those who supposedly represent us, don't put a stop to this insanity, we have nobody to blame but ourselves.

Yeah.
If anyone had a doubt that the left are enemy combatants/sympathiser, there is no excuse to doubt it still.

I wonder why the government did not respond to this stupid lawsuit with the counter-charge that ANSWER, WPP etc. are unregistered agents of foreign countries. This could easily be proved by an investigation of the sources of funding for the cadre of professional protestors that tells the unpaid useful idiots what to do.

It is long past time for THAT "discovery" process to begin...

Well now, ain't that just ducky. I tell ya, I was mad enough this morning when I heard on Fox News that A.N.S.W.E.R. was angry about the security areas around our President's Inauguration. They were saying that it denied them their right of "free speech". Can you believe it? Yea, I can too. Bunch of idiots. sigh

Not to worry, our liberal judges will help them out...President Bush and other Americans' safety isn't as important as the Socialist/Commies right to put the President into danger.

Sweet Jesus! I am reading this (below)(especially the last line of reasoning by this judge) and not believing I am in the USA.

"The District of Columbia was ordered by Kay to disclose the identities of the officers by allowing up to ten IAC leaders to view their photographs for a period of no more than 30 minutes, and without recourse to copy or disseminate the images. The plaintiffs had already agreed to a protective order whereby they would not receive the officers' home addresses. Interestingly enough, attempts by D.C. to obtain through the discovery process names of members of the plaintiffs organizations, political activities of the members and contributor lists were ruled "extraordinary in scope," violations of the protesters' First Amendment rights, and therefore were not allowed by Judge Kessler. The IAC successfully argued the defendants were using the litigation process "for intelligence purposes" and to create "an enemy's list of all persons who have ever engaged in political dissent." Judge Kessler argued that providing such information to the District could result in harassment and reprisals against the plaintiffs. After all, Kessler argued, the plaintiffs "fear" the government."

And what, pray tell, does this idiot judge think that A.N.S.W.E.R. is doing in the court room and what its goals are with the same information it desires?

It would be interesting to see where all of these groups get their $$$ (the old saying - follow the money trail).

OK OK OK I know. I had a moment of stupid. Thanks for the kick. :o) Giving away security secrets was to be expected of a clinton appointee (I remember China) but to give up the undercover cops just blew me away. If the atheist guy can get to the Supremes - why couldn't DC get there and stall this off? This didn't just happen this week....it's been in the works.

But they always have stealth plans....it's how Commies/Socialists operate...remember how Hitler planned? First you take do things that appear innocent or innocuous (let me have your guns....tell us if you're a Jew or if your neighbor is.....we're going to have Hitler Youth clubs)...then they go to the next step....and then the next, and then, ta da, it finally becomes oh so obvious they had a "plan" and that plan was being carried out right under our noses and with our acquiesence...
