I refuse to go round and round on this with you. This is the third time I've pointed out that it has nothing to do with their willingness to die that I am referring to. It is the fact that direct contact with enough radioactive material to make such a bomb would KILL THEM IN FIFTEEN OR SO MINUTES. Ever see the movie K-19. Just like that. They'd never MAKE it across theborder. And any lead container strong enough to protect them would need to be moved by forklift and heavy truck. Other countries have looked at dirty bombs before and dismissed them for this reason. They are impractical science fiction.

LOL, of course they could sheild it enough to allow them to live long enough to get it across the border. This false dichotomy you create is transparent.
