I'll bet these wern't lost ballots. They were the original ballots that were removed and replaced by fraudlant ballots, so the totals would add up right.

Oliphant is accused of violating state election law by not opening and closing polling precincts on schedule in the 2002 primary. The state says Oliphant was responsible for 24 polling places opening late and 31 precincts failing to stay open late as Gov. Jeb Bush ordered.

She could be fined $55,000.
