They are lucky they don't face charges. Many military posts are restricted access. If you are not where you are supposed to be, you could face federal charges.

I was wondering how the hell the got onto the hospital grounds in the first place. I haven't been there since the 60s, but even then an MP checked for vehicle stickers at the gate. I guess back then a person could walk in, but I can't imagine that being true today.

Wondering the same thing myself, how the hell did they get thru the front gate? Been to WRAMC a few times....have to show an ID card to get in....
