NORTHAMPTON, Mass. -- Two women, including a Smith College student, pleaded innocent to charges they raped and handcuffed another female student and slashed her with knives.

Rachel Ann Klobertanz, 22, and Augusta Claire Kendall, 22, were ordered held on $25,000 bail at their arraignment Tuesday in Northampton District Court. Both were charged with two counts of aggravated rape, three counts of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and aggravated assault and battery.

The vast majority or predators are male -- both gay and straight. Female predators of this type are so bizarre I don't think we can draw any generalizations about their "lifestyle." Some people are just evil.

They'll always be people who will point to such and such crime and say "well, this proves that x people are all y". It's a foolish attitude which unfortunately turns up all to frequently on FR (not just from Mobytrolls), but the supposedly "open-minded" left is just as susceptible.
