For some reason, my computer system would not let me link out to the articles about the fires. Do they know why the fires were set? Dumb kids playing a prank, anti-Wal-mart leftist demonstrators, or what?
No news yet. The last I heard (radio this morning around 8:30AM) the police are reviewing store surveilance tapes trying to get a lead. Store should re-open today though, but I haven't had the need to shop and they only say "some damage" so I don't know the extent yet.
I guess it was probably set by some idiot that thinks that Walmart is the only retailer in the country that sells stuff made in China....
ping

Maybe just local pranksters or maybe worth an Oklahoma ping. I'll leave it up to you.
ELF.
Some idiot from a blue state, "Let's go down to one of those redneck states and burn a Wal Mart. Yeah, kill two birds with one stone...show that evil Wal Mart who's boss and show those ignorant dumb a**es that we know where they are."
</sarcasm>
I vote for "disgruntled (ex-)employee"
Glad to see Dems wanting to put AMericans out of work.

ELF with clevage.
 Wow. That was close.
Union thugs.
Arsonists did the same thing in Brea, CA on December 22, 2004. Gee - do you think Wal-Mart is being targeted???

They're crazier than they look trying something like that in the absolute mecca for redneck okies. (It's okay for me to say that, BTW.)
