I've said it before. I'll say it again: The problem is not poorly controlled borders. The problem is a welfare system that encourages lazy Americans not to work.
The welfare aspect is only one part of it. The fact that employers find it easy to employ illegals is another. The fact that our government allows illegals to collect social benefits is another....
We'll, there's so much more to this great country that makes it attractive than it's welfare system. It's still the land of opportunity, despite those that want to slam it's doors closed. However, it would be interesting to do away with welfare for ALL and watch the hate filled anti-immigrants have to find a new straw man to beat.
There's no more longe term welfare for able bodied males.
