Oooh--Condi addresses Somalia--the ungoverned.
Feingold seems to say that, because we are in Iraq, we cannot be in about 15 other places. Says we have no policy in Somalia. Condi points out there is no real government there.
I wasn't poking fun, I didn't know if you were aware of the intimate involvement Coleman has in the investigation of that scandal.
You are right--wouldn't be surprised at all if Kerry skips out for the afternoon session.

Wasn't he just moaning about Nation building last week and how that should not be what the USA is doing, but now he is basically saying that we need to build a government there to control terror??? What is the Frequency Russ?

The left has been on the wrong side of every single national security issue I can think of.
They have also supported nearly every single tin pot dictator that those on the right have opposed.
It's very telling that the party of tolerance actually seems to like intolerance and regressive regimes.
