Ted keeps stepping into every cow patty in sight. He complained about water boarding torture [we even use water boarding on our own special forces for training]. Ted and water. What a flub that was. Then Ted brought up something else related to water. I forget exactly what. He's got water on the brain right now. Perhaps the military tested a "Drunk Bomb" on him.

It's gonna start in 2006 - if the dems in the Senate continue their obstruction of Bush's nominees - they could end up losing another 4-5 seats.
