I would be extremely surprised if the Supreme Court addresses the issue directly. AFAICT, that's not going to happen.

On the other hand, there are some other interesting possibilities. The Supreme Court might manage to hint that Jeb Bush might be able to do a couple more strong moves. It would be very important that Bush and his lawyers get everything lined up first, to ensure that his actions would "stick", but as governor he has considerable executive authority. The key would be to exercise his authority in such a way that, if challenged, he would have the clear and unambiguous right to file subpoenas and present evidence in defense of his actions. Once Michael is forced to give certain testimony on the record, it will be very hard for him to keep control of Terri.
