johnb838,
I know what you mean, but...we are at war. Most of us just do not realize it. Compare it to the 1930's in Europe...all along the facists were saying just what they meant, and the free world refused to listen.
This guy is not even nearly as subtle. I agree that for what he is doing, he crosses the line of free speech into treason, at least for our country, in my opinion.
On the other hand, some say he can say that he wants us to be killed by his followers. In that case, we should be free to say black helicopters should be dropping black-clad men in to pay him a visit some night to spirit him away and find out who he is hanging around with.

ALL HISTORIANS AND ANTHROPOLOGISTS:
I can't recall from any of my surface awareness of recorded history . . .
HAS THERE EVER BEEN
IN ALL RECORDED HISTORY
a civilization/culture which with seeming deliberate idiocy
so routinely, so persistently aided and abetted
ITS OWN DESTRUCTION
by so chronically aiding and abetting it's enemies internal and external
--as Western Republican civilization is in the midst of doing so repeatedly?
It's a serious question. I can't think of such a case. I'd love to hear from the bona fide historians and anthropologists hereon about the issue.
It's more dangerous when good people do nothing.
Why isn't he deported?
Muslims have more rights than others would be my guess.
What the British government will do is require all British subjects from now on get official approval in triplicate from the government to speak.
How come the mullahs and imams and other assorted "clerics" are forever calling for jihad, but never seem to be the ones who strap on the bomb vests?
Funny how that works.
Perhaps they could be schooled in the art of bomb-making instead. Given the advanced state of decreptitude of many of these monsters who call for jihad, perhaps their shaking hands, if turned to bomb making instead, may turn out to be best for all concerned. I mean, if we ask that they themselves strap on bombs, innocent people might get hurt.
This way, if we can goad them into bomb making, no telling how many of them would get blown to smithereens in the process, taking out themselves, their instructors and perhaps other bomb-makers as well as their labs.
Oh well, one can only hope.

If people want on or off this list, please let me know.
Thanks for the ping (and all the others)--this one just makes me shake my head--how can the UK continue to support this vermin while he's calling for the country's destruction. Oh, yes, I saw that he "stopped short" of calling for a terror attack on the UK--but not very short.
I know what you mean. But at least people are noticing them and see that they are a danger.
I would hope that the Special Services have him meet "Allah".
Or for the older Brits... .303. (Smelly, meet SMLE)
A Loooonnnnnggggg time...
Well, at a minimum, they could cut his social security benefits!
Let's get this right, a radical Islamist spends almost twenty years living in Britain on the taxpayer's bill, whilst he foments violence and terror against the very people who are sustaining his lifestyle and the best the British government can do is "assist him?" Can there be any wonder why the Islamists think the West weak? The first time Mr. Bakri Mohammed was caught inciting violence against Britain or its allies, he should have been hauled in front of a court and speedily deported (preferably the same day) to the first Islamic country that would take his worthless carcass. Of course, he should never have been admitted to Britain in the first place. He serves as yet another example of the asinine immigration and asylum policies that have so endangered the US and Europe.

And the rest of Britain yawned and stayed at the circus for the free bread. When will Britain and the rest of Europe wake up to the now-vocal Trojan Horse in their midst? And now the Trojans in the horse are calling for jihad and death to the infidel.
Unless there have been any more substantial changes in British law that I would be caught unawares on, it allows the Crown to take over the government during a state of war. Hasn't been done since Britain's involvment in the Crimean war, but they had a Parliament back then too (dittos for Revolution and 1812)...
