Not, if we kill Israelis they have just cause to attack us. No, they say if we kill them, it gives them an excuse to attack us.

The issue of a cease-fire cannot be discussed while....the atmosphere is tense. Ok...is this guy as stupid as he sounds? A cease-fire can not be discussed while the atmosphere is tense? Well, how can the atmosphere be calm if they refuse to quit firing at Israelis?
