Interesting. Now who was that one player who tore down a fan's sign that was pointedly derogatory of him?
Oh...now I remember. Terrell Owens of the Philadelphia Eagles!
My-my...how soon we forget.
10 yd penalty Vikes, just a preview of a game full of 'em.
No, you're right, the Falcons are that good. They will beat the Eagles in Philly next week.
At work, please post big play updates if you can.
Philly-vikes...hate both of the teams, QB's both are over rated, Hate McNabb, Culpepper's a prima, Moss blows...but...I hope the Iggles win just so they can LOSE in the Super Bowl to Peyton and the COLTS!!!!
so...go, uh, yippeeee Iggles...yawn..
3rd & 6 vikes
The folks at SuperBowl.com don't seem to agree with you.
No need. I can see it from here. ;o)
1st drive 3 and out for Minnesota, 7 yards.
Not a great start by the Vikes. Lets see what the Eagles do 1st time out.
More important is: time for a new Offensive Coordinator.
Did you hear Buck just say hang onto your hair today because its windy... LOL!
Ya ... but ... a hyper, super quantified, multiplied by dividing a nano second after you say the word 'NOW', it is no longer NOW but THEN.
Therefore, now never happens.
(Don't ask me about my theory that we walk on air ... never touch the ground.)
Eagles start at own 32, first play incomplete play action pass.
That's the good side/bad side of Tice. He is about as subtle as a bull in a china shop. I like the fact that he will bluntly speak his mind. It's a refreshing change from the usual "coach speak". On the other hand, too often he reveals his thinking about a team/game, allowing the opponent to prepare accordingly. A couple of years ago, Tice came up with the "Randy ratio". OOPS. Announcing that you're going to force the ball to Moss didn't work out too well. Culpepper gave out INTs like it was Halloween candy. I like Tice as a person, but he's playing checkers while most of the other coach's are playing chess.
Reid flubbed with his starters miserably. Resting after two bad games and losing your star receiver is stupid. The good news for them is it's unlikely the Vikes D will stand tall two weeks in a row, so they'll have a chance to get it together, but they've been setup for failure. And the first two plays by the Eagles are passes thrown too high, that's a rusty offense for you.
Watch Westbrook..
I guess we just disagree with the FG goal kicker in the Jets/Steelers game last nite. I'd say there was a reason that particular FG kicker's been around with different teams. He's not particularly talented.
