I made it to Fayetteville last year and enjoyed meeting some fine FReepers the night before the protest. Had to leave the next morning due to a family emergency but am willing to try again.

Just left Ft Bragg after atteending this morning's departure ceremony for the 51st Signal Battalion (Airborne) who are deploying to Iraq.

"FayetteNam" was quiet last night--Hay Street has changed over the years--as we had dinner with our young 2LT for what will probably be a year.
