Looks like the California coast.

The quality of the photos leaves something to be desired. I'm thinking we need a repeat. Next time, they should use American technology.

Keep in mind the digital cameras for this mission were built during the Reagan Administration.

I definitely remember those protesters and they were led by Michio Kaku, a brilliant physicist, who I no longer have any respect for because of that. They made wild claims about how everyone on Earth could get cancer if Cassini crashed into the Earth. Mr. Kaku did a not-so-brilliant analysis of how it was mathematically probable and put his mug in front of the cameras whenever possible. NASA has tried to court environmentalist support, this is a classic case of why they should be wary of such an alliance, they will turn on them in a heartbeat while being driven to a frenzy by junk science.
Here's an article written around 1997 about some of their "theories":

Design detected on Titan ping!

Next time, they should use American technologyActually, the imagers on the lander were American cameras. Though there were some notable screw-ups in this part of the mission, such as a confusing set of instructions sent to JPL from ESA, that ended up with one of two primary communications channels shut down.
Until I see some drastically cleaned up data, the Soviet's Venera Venus landers were more impressive.

But what about the boats on the lake?
To: RandallFlagg
No need to Photoshop. It is clearly a coastline at low tide, or a reservoir that has drained down during a period of drought (probably caused by global warming).

Remember this bunch of losers? When I was at the Cape, I had to weave between the protestors to get thru the gate at KSC. It really got annoying. Down there, the wackjobs were dressed up in skeleton and radiation suits. I was waiting for some of them to pass out in the Florida sun. However, it was in the fall and not nearly as hot as it could have been.
We had the Galileo RTG on site at the time.

The "piece of wood" is on Mars. No one's paying that much attention to the moon anymore.
