Did you see it happen yesterday? Did you catch the news? It was probably buried as the fourth item, or maybe on page 17 of your local paper. The search is over. After two years and thousands of dead bodies, the search is over. What did we find? Nothing. Yesterday, the White House confirmed that the search for weapons of mass destruction was officially over, without finding as much as a used slingshot.
You remember weapons of mass destruction, dont you? It was what we were sold this loser war with. It was rammed down the throat of America, with the image of 911 still burned in our minds. It was the fear card, and it was played quite masterfully. You see, George Bush intended to invade Iraq from the moment he walked in the White House. White House insider Paul ONeill confirmed this. 911 only provided a convenient backdrop.
But Bush had a problem. Saddam had technically not done anything to deserve invading. He was finally cooperating with inspectors and he certainly had no involvement with 911.

We have a lot of work ahead, if we want history to be properly recorded. One of the basis of historcism is to review the news articles of the period and reflect on the meaning WRT the events. This BS is much too taxing and since our Universities are polluted with socialists, the challenge of correcting this BS may become insurmountable unless we do something now!
Oh, BTW, I found this on Google news. I do not use Google, because as I understand it, Google programs the response to those who support them or those who they support.
IOW, it is an ideologue search engine! And guess who they support as ideologues? The Socialists! The Marxists!
Yes, a bunch of neophyte capitalists having as their god, Karl Marx!
I do not use Google nor do I recommend its use!
Saddam WAS a weapon of mass destruction especially with his UN/French/Russian connection. We did find him and now he's sitting in jail :)
"without finding as much as a used slingshot."
What moron wrote this piece of shit article? Who knew that Iraq was fee of all weapons? That CBS story about the 300,000 tons of missing expolosives must have been false.
WRONG AGAIN!
Sure ol' Saddam was cooperating - Hans Blix would ask him where to go looking for nukes, Saddam would tell him, then have his men clear out all the stuff before Blix's boys could get there.
A lot of times, they would come in the front gate while trucks were storming out the back gate with tarps over their loads.
If W made any mistake, it was getting bogged down for so long in the UN before he took action. Saddam had oodles of time to ship out anything that resempled a WMD.
And now all of their oils are belong to us!
Why doesn't anyone ever ask why, if Bush is so devious and such a liar, didn't he have some WMDs planted?
"He was finally cooperating with inspectors"
Maybe in your alternate reality, but not this one.
"and he certainly had no involvement with 911."
Again, in your reality, perhaps the Bush administration said such a thing, but no one in this reality blamed Saddam for 9-11.
Hack.
Saddam had technically not done anything to deserve invading.
Is that a stupid statement or what? What has this guy been in a comma?
I guess the thousands of Kurds was just a mass suicide.
"Why doesn't anyone ever ask why, if Bush is so devious and such a liar, didn't he have some WMDs planted?"
Great point. If Bush wanted to mislead the country he if could have announced days into the war tha we found WMD and nobody would have ever doubted it.
