Fox News: Mike Newdow Bible and prayer challege to the inauguration thrown out!

The idiot Mike Newdow that tried to get Bush not to use a bible to get sworn in, or use a prayer during is inauguration has been thrown out, as Fox news reports.

Basically, the justices said that Bush would not be able to control his own inauguration and its not up to censor his speech. They also said (which i love) - if you don’t want to hear it - don’t watch it.

If it's OK for Bush to use a bible at a Federal event, why should the Ten Commandments be considered off limits at a Federal building?

Don't get me wrong, I like the decision yet if the commandments are not allowed, it's hypocritical to allow Bush to use a bible.
