Even though it is on the top, a first bumpTTT.
EFF deserves tremendous recognition and gratitude for what they do.

So, are you folks up for a recall of the SOS?

The Supremes in Washington regularly toss conservative law as they see fit. I'm sure Bob is right, but the courts in Washington are no place to expect rules enforced on behalf of conservatives.

Dear God!
The deeper you look, the worse it gets.
Maybe we need to go back to Statehood, and start fresh. I'm skeptical that the present crowd is even qualified to make the changes that are necessary.
Gonna take some time...

Sam Reed can decertify the election. In fact, he is required to do so.
If someone was to file a petition to recall Sam Reed on this basis alone, it would be successful. Sam Reed could avoid a decision on a petition to recall him by simple certifying the election and enforce it in an action in superior court.
To: connectthedots
Sam Reed is a Repub? Right?
Wasn't he getting slammed for certifying the vote? Maybe he had a plan.

Maybe we need to go back to Statehood, and start fresh. I'm skeptical that the present crowd is even qualified to make the changes that are necessary. It has been rumored that is represented to the public to be the Constitution of the State of Washington, is not the document submitted to Congress when Washington was admitted to the union of States. I've seen a certified copy of what i have been told is the document sent to Congress; and it is quite different. There is quite a sordid history of the state of Washington around 1889, including a number of very suspicious fires in a number of locations related to Washington constitution.

Maybe some little bird whispered it in his ear.
If it works out....looks like Washington will have solved a huge problem. God, I hope so.

No surprise it never ends. If anyone has any evidence the FBI in Seattle is waiting for it. My husband called today. They are aware of our election dilemma. They said they cannot act on news reports alone.
