Read this earlier today at massnews.com Incredible! The ACLJ needs to start taking the ACLU to court for hate crimes violations. They continually "discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, or religion" Isn't that what a supposed "hate crime" is?

So what. So the Federal Court has made a ruling. I'm shaking. If the school fails to remove the stickers, what can the court do? Nothing. They have no teeth. We need to just ignore these ridulous rulings where Federal Courts are poking there noses where there is no jurisdiction.

The stickers read, "This textbook contains material on evolution. Evolution is a theory, not a fact, regarding the origin of living things. This material should be approached with an open mind, studied carefully and critically considered."

Exactly which religion does this sticker endorse?

If a sitting federal judge believes that simple pointing out the truth about evolution is unconstitutional than his own competence must be called into question.

If a sitting federal judge who swears to uphold he Constitution of the United States believes that "separation of church and state" is in the Constitution than he has then violated his oath. He must be retired or removed from his position before he puts people in danger by his delusional intent.
