Last week, a new federal lawsuit was filed challenging the words “under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance. Michael Newdow, who brought the original suit in California, has filed brand-new litigation. This time, Dr. Newdow represents several families who are complaining about the phrase “under God” as contained in the Pledge. At the same time, Dr. Newdow has filed suit against the Inaugural Prayer. Our briefs have been filed in the Inaugural Prayer case, and argument in court is scheduled for Thursday....

It is about time someone filed suite against Michael Newdow! He is trampling OUR RIGHTS!
This guy makes me laugh....all those tsunami victims and he is virtually throwing away money with these suits.
You could sue him, I'm sure one of the organizations in my list would help you out.
If someday I read that Neudow has dissappeared like Madelin Murray O'Hare. I wont be surprised nor saddened.

On second thought, this attention whore needs to be dropped into some concrete anywhere. Preferably in the pouring of the base of an patriotic monument so he can contemplate his sins against America forever.
