Well --- too bad --- Conservatives still have a right to voice their opinions in this country and Kid Rock was uninvited. You don't have your libertine dictatorship yet.
Kid Rock was never uninvited because he was NEVER asked to perform in the first place. This is a non-news event so Wildmom can get the AFA some free press.
You are correct, you have every right to voice your opinion, and I'll defend to my death your right to it! Same as I have a right to voice mine, and KR has a right to sing whatever he wants.
It's been very nice debating with you. I never wanted a Libertine dictatorship, you seem to be the one after some sort of dictatorship.
Have a nice day and may God bless you.
Oh God, I knew if this thread went long enough we'd get the church lady to show up on these boards, continuing her obsessive quest for the Satan-sign-of-the-day.
Did any one of us "libertarians" (as you so arrogantly term us true, free-market conservatives) on this board ask a knuckle-dragging authoritarian witch like you to show up and threaten us? No.
Do we try to stop you? No. You ramble and ramble 'till your heart is fulfilled and we won't mind (too much). Maybe that's because we've grown up just a little more than you, and we've finally realized the truth of that age old proverb (and Roling Stones song): "You Can't always get what you want". You can't make others agree with your de-facto entertainment morals code, and we can't make you agree with our naive little belief in a thing called "personal liberty" (how silly of us).
I'd keep writing but I'm sure you've got better things to do now (like burn CD's or feed your blue-faced, winged monkeys).
