"So Fox News is now "Talk TV." While CBS continues to deny any bias, they smear Fox News as not being a credible news source, but putting it in the same category as Rush Limbaugh."
I don't think "putting it in the same
category as Rush Limbaugh." is a smear
against FNC.
Lotsa folks seem to like both. ;o)
However, calling it "Talk TV" seems to
be a "conditioning" effort.
It won't work.
A belated welcome to Free Republic. ;o)

Money talks; See Bull Sh*t walks.
Fox is making money off good political discussion while Dan Rather goes off into the sunset.

Dan Rather has been regarded by many as a foolish clown for a long time. I kind of hate to see him go. The more support the other side gets from foolish clowns, the better.

The last time I watched Cee BS, some guy named Walter was doing the news and Lucy and RIcky were going to have their first baby!

Cavuto gives an opinion, and states very clearly it is his opinion.
Rush!!! We listen because he has an opinion!
CBS can't decide on a definition of "opinon" and so pretends it doesn't have one.

Tabloid news organizations like CBS are more accurately compared to Weekly World News.

Basically they are saying, "We're not biased the most popular new channel on cable TV is "Talk TV"
WOW! The level of ignorance in such a statement is hard to comprehend.

Jaw dropping hubris. Oh, wait, we can't use that terminology...it is reserved for the liberals to use as pejorative for GW.

Well if CBS is trashing Fox , it will make Fox even more credible.

Rush Limbaugh has over 20 million listeners for one given show.
You can't pay enough for the endorsement CBS just gave FOX.
Thanks, CBS! Not that I'll tune in anytime soon, but we'll remember you long after you're gone. Kind of like a bad mistake we'd like to forget.
