Washington Inaugurates Illegitimate Governor

Christine-The-Pretender was just sworn in as Governor of Washington State. You can go to dinorossi.com to check out the content of the lawsuit contesting her fictitious election.

Democracy itself is on the line here, America. We have a election where there are THOUSANDS more votes than voters. There is proof that felons voted who are not eligible to vote, committed state mental hospital residents (also not eligible), prisoners, and dead people all cast ballots. Some folks voted twice!

King County, land of liberals, played the chess game very well in the third recount that Gregoire won by 129 votes (Rossi won the first two). They waited until all other counties certified except them, and then got a myopic liberal judge to let them count ballots that had previously been rejected. Only uncertified counties were allowed to carry out his new version of election law. How very clever!

The law had been that you only recount previously counted votes - they changed the rules in the middle of the game and didn't allow other counties (Rossi was ahead in most counties) to review their piles of votes that had been previously denied. This pushed Christine over the top. We have votes counted DIFFERENTLY throughout the state, and we have been disenfranchised because our votes were not given equal consideration (this is unconstitutional).

Washington State, with LOTS of military residents, regularly mails these mostly Republican ballots late. Many think it wasn't an accident, particularly since the feds (check out The Seattle Times archives from this week, front page story) threatened to sue our state and warned the government here to get those ballots out on time to the military! When Washington State failed to get the ballots out on time, even after knowing that the federal government itself was watching them, they still boldly refused to count military ballots that didn't meet deadlines. Washington State refused to change the rules (it's been done before in other states) for the guys fighting for our freedon, even though they received their ballots after the election was over!

The biggest concern is that thousands of PROVISIONAL ballots (that means you go and vote somewhere other than your precinct, where there is nothing about you on file, and the ballot is held until it's checked out) were "by mistake" shoved into voter machines before being validated. Having sat while an elderly parent voted provisionally, there is NO WAY this many mistakes of that nature could have occured. It is NOT easy to make a mistake with this process, because when handed a ballot the voter is told by the poll worker NOT to put it in the machine. The poll officials know full well that the ballots after being filled out are then put into TWO envelopes and set aside (again, NOT put in the machine!!).

It is SO OBVIOUS that Gregoire lost, and she knows it. The vast majority of Washingtonians have said they want a REVOTE. It is also obvious that many who should be doing the right thing are letting partisan bias get the best of them and are looking the other way. She should be ashamed to have touted her "count every vote" slogan when she was trying to maintain public support through the first two recounts. Once she was ahead for the first out of three times, she wanted to pick up her ball and go home. She immediately stopped her ingenuous concern for respecting the importance of each vote.

Help us out, America. We are fighting up here in the Northwest but this is an issue that effects the whole country. If one of the fifty states in this great country can get away with a botched (at best) election like this, it can happen anywhere.

Substantive reply in what regard? Other than some sophomoric statement you made about the mentality of the people with whom you disagree, there is nothing of substance to which I would condescend to reply.

Hope you're happy inside.

That's easy. She's a RAT and therefore doesn't have to do any thing logical.

According to Washington State Patrol estimates, at yesterday's rally at our Capitol in Olympia, there were about 1800 pro Rossi supporters waving American flags and being generally upbeat while across the street were about 200 of Gregoire supporters. NOT ONE American flag was displayed in their crowd. Swearing at Rossi supporters was common.

If the court battle doesn't overturn this travesty, Washingtonians better hang on to their wallets!

"hang onto their wallets" -- No, this is way too passive.
If the court battle doesn't overturn this travesty, protest by any and all lawful means. Say it loud, say it proud.

Slade Gorton, ex-Senator, Republican, up there is advising the Republicans re legal stuff on the revote. They are pursuing it at this time, is my understanding. Perhaps in the gathering-data mode as well. There was some anecdote the other day about a Gov that was sworn in, they had a revote, dumped him out after only 100 days and put the legit Gov in. It's not over til it's over. The whole eastern part of the state is conservative.

Fraudoire quoted Gandhi during her coronation. She may not realize how prophetic that was. We The People will protest this travesty and make our voices heard. The Queen of King County can count on that!

This would be funny if it wasn't so pathetic:

Fraudoire still has 30% of her coronation ball tickets unsold, and won't give this guy a refund. Sad.

I am sick and tired of Freepers complaining about dead people voting.

They are Americans too!

All we have to do is stick together, keep the pressure on and the U-Haul will be pulling up soon. Meantime keep digging for more evidence.

A question for my Democrat State Senator and Democrat State Legislator:

Can you tell me that if all legitimate ballots cast were perfectly counted that you are certain Christine won?

If yes then you are an dishonest, unprincipled partisan hack and if no then how dare you certify the results of an election that you don't even claim to know who won.

"hang onto their wallets" -- No, this is way too passive.

Speaking of wallets, I just thought of a way to clean up elections:

  1. Require all precincts to keep votes and voter rolls separate; ballots from different precincts must be machine-separable.
  2. If the total number of 'fishy votes' found in all precincts that cast a majority of their votes for the winner exceeds the margin of victory, the loser has the right to demand a revote.
  3. The costs of any revote ordered because of 'fishy' votes will be assessed to the jurisdictions sponsoring precincts, in proportion to the number of 'fishy' votes attributable to those precincts (assessed to precincts regardless of who they cast the majority of votes for).
  4. The assessment for #3 shall be limitted to $10,000 per fishy vote; any election costs beyond that shall be covered from state general revenue.
  5. The jurisdictions against whom costs are assessed shall have the right and duty to recover those costs, when possible, from any individuals responsible for either casting or failing to prevent the fishy votes.
Voters may not mind when their election officials get away with fudging things in their favor, but I don't think anyone is going to be happy with election officials whose 'fudging' results in large assessments against them. A system such as described would create incentives for people to try to reveal fraud in opposing party's jurisdictions while minimizing it in their own.

Might be a good idea. We need to get serious about the integrity of our elections. It is a real danger point in this system.
