If the people were to do anything remotely like what you suggested, Gov. Gregoire would simply declare martial law and call out the national guard. While you feel the current government is illegal, the courts have yet to agree with you, and all necessary legal formalities have been fulfilled.

You are urging insurrection.

Insurrection is a lot more forceful that what I have advocated. Beyond that, if the democrats control the courts so that the legal formalities are observed, then there is no solution? That is exactly what is happening in Venezuela. Chavez simply controls the courts and the legislature and therefore, his actions are always lawful.

You can bet your behind one of the first things on the table will be an income tax... and they will try to do it without amending the Constitution.

It is not insurrection if the Republican legislators refuse to appear in the legislature.

It is not insurrection if the Republicans walk off the Supreme Court, walk out of every Commission meeting, walk out of every public proceeding in the domain of Fraudoire.

Passive resistance is what I would advocate.

Boycott.

Ostracize.

Be divisive!

Run strong negative ads and raise the money for same.

Just make it clear the fraud is unacceptable and there will be no business as usual.

It is called standing on principle and growing a spine.

When the dog poops in the living room the party is over.
