"Short of using the initiative process to challenge laws, there's truly nothing the GOP can do."
Sure there is. If the guts and will were there the Ukrainian model could be used. Demonstrators should block the legislature, key government buildings; opposition (GOP) legislators should join the crowds and not participate in an illegal government. The GOP should not have attended the swearing in ceremony today, etc. etc. If this sounds extreme, reflect that Washington State today lost its democratic form of government. Gregoirevych is a fraudulently installed Tsar and will use her office to further institutionalize fraud in the state electoral process The new commission on election reform is like Hugo Chavez in Venezuela appointing monitors for the vote rigging process.

If the people were to do anything remotely like what you suggested, Gov. Gregoire would simply declare martial law and call out the national guard. While you feel the current government is illegal, the courts have yet to agree with you, and all necessary legal formalities have been fulfilled.
You are urging insurrection.

(The people of a democracy choose the government they want, and they ought to get it good and hard.)

Thank you for your post.
The Republicans in Washington State need to stop collaborating and start fighting.
