Was not aware that the TEC-9 was ever banned nationwide!
TEC-9 was never banned nationwide. Such a move would have to include confiscatory actions by federal authorities. Where has this happened and executed by the feds? The TEC-9 vanished and came back as another derivative with a new name, but the company eventually just went belly up. It was an inaccurate POS and the market is better off without it, however, please do not think that I believe that the Gov't or the antis should have forced it out of business. Market factors should control.
