Just like LBJ brought the troops home from Vietnam.

I cannot believe the Republican's good luck in having this moron as a major spokesman for the Dems.

Somebody give him a drink so he makes sense.

So after telling us for the last four years that Bush was destroying America and the sky was about to fall, Kennedy now says that Bush is exaggerating the nation's problems.

The fact that Sen. Edw "Teddy" Kennedy (as well as UNFIT Sen.John Kerry)has been re-elected over and over again tells us the *character* of Democrat party supporters, his Messachusetts' constituency and Bush-Bashers. Such BLOATED hypocrisy!

The Media created the myth of the Kennedy "Camelot" and withheld (the sin of omission)critical facts about JFK. I cringe everytime there is a media reference to the Kennedys' being "America's Royalty." No American should enjoy the presumed *privileges* of "royalty." Of course, we DO have a courtier congress.

Teddy Kennedy and his crony Cardinal Law insult catholicism.
Speaking of the neoMarxist subversive agenda's to invert the meaning of the First Amendment by imposing revisionist rhetoric "separation of Church and State..."

It would do well to check the unemployment and welfare stats of Messachusetts, as well as the present state of its public school education. (ref: www.massnews.com)

The democrats do have values; attacking marraige, attacking mom and dad, attacking the family, hating Bush, hating American, attacking religion, and fisting.

"I'm convinced John Kerry could have worked with the international community to end that war and bring our troops home with honor."

----translation----

Kennedy said, "They [Republicans]exploit the politics of fear and division, while ours is a politics of hope and unity."

As best exampled by the last Democrat campaign, Divide and Conquer through extreme polarization and fearful ad hominem stereotyping is not the "politics of hope and unity." "Divide and conquer" is the classic tactic of choice used by tyrants and demagogues.

America's Red States/regions are proof of America's hopeful "unity."

Teddy Kennedy has developed into a real-life parody.

I hear ole Teddy wants to "talk" values. Teddy and friends will definitely talk and talk and talk aaaaaaaaaaand talk about values. The problem, their agenda is in DIRECT conflict with the values they will be "talking" about. You can't talk about God and embrace the ACLU. You can't talk about national security and cry "Vietnam!!!" The voters see through it without even having to think about it. As a matter of fact, the more the Dems speak about values and the more they push their agenda (socialism, secularlism, and pacisfism just to name of few of the ism's) the more disingenuous they appear. Uhh, could it be because they ARE being disingenuous, naaaah, not our buddy Teddy and his ilk.

I fully expect to hear how socialized medicine read socialsim (oh, it won't be called socialsim, but we will know what they speaketh of) promotes social justice and equality. That will be their definition of "values." A society where everyone is MADE equal by the just, beneficial and benevolant government. But we all know, the voters know (of course many voters side with the Democrats, but not the majority), that what they really want is a least common denominator society where people aren't lifted up, but brought down to the lowest level. . holy Harrison Bergeron batman!!! Of course, Teddy and the rest of the elite will still receive private healthcare, send their kids to private schools, receive tax sheltered income, drive SUV's, live in big mansions and fly on private jets. But the rest of you peasants can eat excrement.

Well Ted, full steam ahead to you buddy. Please, talk values and please please please obstruct, fillabuster and scream "Vietnam" every chance you get. Please elect Howard Dean and please have the entire party continue its lurch to the far left. . .if you can go any further. After November 2006 the only obstructing you will be capable of is blocking the Senate buffet line.

The Democrats motto: "How can we fool em today." The Democrats delusion: "The majority of voters really are with us, we just didn't get our message out."

Teddy had another meltdown? I wonder if he is aware we feed off of their insanity. Now comes our rebuttal, and their smackdown.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Sen. Edward Kennedy accused President Bush on Wednesday of hyping concerns about the nation's retirement program just as he did on Iraq and urged Democrats to stand up to the "politics of fear."

What?

Does this mean the dems are, themselves, out of this racket?

You mean no more burning of Black Churchs, no more dragging of black men behind moving vehicles, no more starving children in public schools and tossing of the elderly out into the streets? No more fraudulent voting, no more disenfranchised people running around claiming voter intimidation? No more 'end of the world global warming scares'? Hmmmmmmmmmmm.

How are the dems going to maintain any talking points if they don't use FEAR?

Ted Kennedy is both the messiah for journalists and a non-entity to the people. Journalists keep trying to make us care what Ted Kenney thinks, to no avail.

On the larger issue of social security reform, I think it is essential to frame the debate early and position the players. If the debate gets turned into Republican Assailants versus Democrat Defenders of the system, we lose. If it becomes Republican Reformers (and hence Preservers) versus Democrat Procrastinors, we win. It's vital to point out that Democrats are not defending the people, they are defending the status quo. The Social Security status quo is a train headed off the tracks, and while we might disagree on when that will happen, disaster is ahead of us. The problem gets worse with time. Procrastination is always an option, but is not one the American people will respect or tolerate.
