I think the latter is true: in the House, they call themselves the Progressive Caucus...but I dunno what they would be called in the Senate, or who its Members are.
The Senate doesn't have Caucuses like the House does, does it???
I don't think Boxer is very bright. She may actually believe it. The whole thing reminds me of liberals who say "There's no liberal bias, you conservatives control the information flow," or "Why do you keep attacking us? You control the whole government." it's either ignorant or malevolent, but in the end it's dangerous talk. Boxer and her buddy Feinstein need to be targeted and need to be despatched. McClintock would be a good senator.
