That my friends, is no "honest mistake"...that is outright premeditated theft.

His "mistake" was in getting caught..

Yeah, really. The audacity of it all. And then THIS:

Berger has also acknowledged that he destroyed some documents — he says by accident.

He made an "honest mistake" stealing documents that were classified Code Word, the highest security classification, above Top Secret, and then "accidentally" destroyed some. Uh-huh.

He must think we were born yesterday.

Berger admits removing 40 to 50 top-secret documents from the archives, but claims it was an "honest mistake" made while he vetted documents for the 9/11 commission's probe into the Twin Towers attacks.

You are too harsh! An "honest mistake" occures when a Democrat commits a crime. I thought everone knew that.
