Just as I started to read this sentence, I was listening to Ray Charles and Johnny Mathis singing Why oh why from Somewhere Over the Rainbow... Scared me. LOL
They can't ignore it. If they do, this moron will win by default. He filed the petition, they have to answer. I think they are doing OK asking for the dismissal.
