Muslims were organized into terrorist cells in the region long before the 90s all during Tito's reign - training Bosnians/Croatian/Communists to help Palestinian terrorists and and long before that when Terrorist Muslims both during and after the Muslim Turk occupation were genociding the Christian Serbs.
