No, the FR analysis was released into the blogosphere the next morning at 7:51 am (CDT?) by The Big Trunk at Powerline blog's The sixty-first minute: You are correct and I should have been more clear, but I was talking about the media/press
Very few would mention FR's name, though they did mention Buckheads name over and over (can you say intemidation attempt?)

They certainly don't want to admit bias, but... did anyone think they would? We got everything else. And the other media organizations understand that they could be next, if they get caught with their hand in the cookie jar. They know that everyone knows Rathergate was about bias first and foremost, even if CBS avoids saying so.

Are you FReepers too busy to download the full report?
READ IT.
Here are some words that mean things and are repeated frequently throughout the report.
Conflict of Interest,
Numerous indications of it's shortcoming's,
defects,
false statement,
failure,
without adequately probing,
failure,
failure,
failure,
failure,
failure,
(not a typo, just taking their findings in order),
misleading,
Preparimg news stories that would support the segment, instead of providing accurate and balanced coverage of a raging controversy,(if this is not biased reporting please show me what the definition of biased is),
failure.

Actually, I did read the whole report. It definitely indicates there was bias.
It is expressly agnostic on whether there was evidence of political bias. Except for Mapes, there the report says there was the "appearance of political bias" for calling the Kerry campaign.

Welcome.
Saw a couple other threads about it, but wasn't sure if there was any new info involved or not.

Did any of you notice that this is not from the investigative council, but it was from their LAWYERS?

If it was obvious to him, why did it take CBS so long to figure it out? Because they wanted to believe there were authentic.

This site had a good breakdown on it. Yes, we all visited the shapeofdays page. In my opinion, that was the downfall of CBS, proof that even the Composer could not produce the memo without a nearly impossible amount of tweaking.
Even more impressive for the history books, after four months, no one has come up with a single original document from the 1970s that matches the typesetting style of the Killian memo. No military document, no civilian document. I'm sure CBS tried.

lol, I have my doubts about that. I really think in their arrogance they simply expected people to believe.
On a related note, I graduated high school in 1976, and I can tell you through my experiences of the time, that the sort of typing supposedly used on those memos just would not have been done in any normal everyday situation, even business or military. My Dad worked at the Pentagon at the time (and had a secretary) and believe me they didn't have those high-end typewriters in his office, and he worked directly for the Under Secretary of the Army.

Yup I saw that too. The bloggers are biased CBS is not.
The fact that CBS *always* made its mistakes in a pro-left manner was purely a coincidence.... yah right...
