>>>The principal source of inspiration was the Jamat-e-islami organization, who said they did not approve of this act and immediately said that the Ahmedias have to be declared Kafirs and non-citizens. Those readers who might want to judge the Bangladeshi Jamatis by their scale of knowing Jamat- e-Islami of India would make the greatest mistake of their life. While Indian Jamaat is a secular organization run and belonging to Sunni Muslims, their Bangladeshi counterpart is just the opposite a full fledged foreign funded Talebani organization.<<<

This is the group that declared the KZ Government in Dhaka a Kafir, right?

And yes, I know the CPI is a fringe group. This is what my focus of posting this was based on. I was interested in what was said in the article about the CPI being funded by the NGOs.

I think the only Kafirs being referred to here are the "Ahmedias"(or Ahmediyas) who are regarded by many mainstream Sunni Muslims as having cultist features & hence are widely seen as kafirs by many in the region. The JEI is closely tied to many Islamic political parties which are in alliance with the KZ government in Dhaka.

FYI,the CPI,CPI-M & CPI-ML are 3 distinct political groups(I get the feeling you are confused on that).the CPI is by no means a fringe group. They are a nationally recognised political party in India & are India's oldest communist party.A faction broke off from the CPI in 1962 over political & ideological differences-this faction was called the CPI-M(Marxist).The CPI-M is the biggest communist party in India, which has formed governments in 3 states in alliance with the CPI & is active in atleast 4 other states. The CPI-ML(which I referred to) is the fringe group. It is associated with numerous small scale extremist groups in India. It broke off from the CPI-M in the 70s.As far as NGO funding goes, most communists in India are crying hoarse over the presence of NGOs everywhere & see it as a design of the "Multi-nationals" & "imperialists" -So I don't know how much weight there is in your assumption.
