It's one of the only things that I can think of where you can legally harm someone else without their consent. Also, people throw their butts on the sidewalk, parks, etc.. which makes them look disgusting.

That second hand smoke fraud has been debunked so many times it's getting old.

How the heck do you think we all lived to be as old as we are if that second hand smoke issue was true?

Show me where its been debunked, and I'll show you my dead relatives from various forms of cancer, all smoking related. Try to get in touch with your local pathologist and ask to help him/her out with an autopsy. Make sure that person smoked. Believe me when you see black lungs you'll change you mind. But I'm sure you know all this already since it has been debunked.

I just checked my Pathology textbook, forgot that I had it at home, thought that it was in the office, they sure don't believe that second hand smoke has no effects in other people. But hey, what do experts in the pathology really know anyway?
