As our dear President Reagan used to say, "The most frightening words in the English language are, 'I'm from the government and I'm here to help".
Regards, Ivan
I understand ... I just wanted a few people to appreciate the typso :-).
Well done! (You should email this one over to Hannity...)
You don't think he's posting from a chechen terrorist stronghold, and his disoverey that the last of the yak butter is rancid has him riled up? That post reeks of "never having been in a decent country."
haha! :^D
you know your essay is close to home when it stirs the trolls. TB, congrats on your work
I'm no doctor, but with his [?] organs positioned in such a manner, I doubt he [?] lives much longer anyway. ;)
WoW.. what a title.. Worthy of Ann Coulter..
Now thats a tooth sucker.. Could get gets some blacks sucking their teeth on this beautiful screed.. If read the logic could break thru.. Nice Job... Maybe even some liberal whites could get a 2 x 4 to the head.. probably not through, nothing as thick as a liberal whites head..
well said, well spoken BG...... (ok, who knows it, come on?)
coolestever didn't make it very long.
Absolutely. Liberalism is just another word for racism, in my book.
Personal example - a few years ago I applied for doctoral programs around the country. One program that accepted me sent me an invitation to a summer 'help' session for minorities. All done in the name of Affirmative Action, of course.
I asked the program if they had even looked at my record or if they had just looked at my race. I have 2 law degrees, practiced law for a number of years, and had recently returned for a masters in another area. I don't need any help, thank you, to get thru graduate school. Obviously, all they saw was 'black' on the application and they decided I was going to need some hand holding.
Had I gone to this program, and once the white students found out I attended a program for the "stupid n*****s," I would never have been able to prove myself their equal as a scholar.
This program was willing to throw a fair amount of money my way, but I didn't want "stupid n*****s" money" and went to another school that ended up giving me a lot more money for being the brilliant (and modest) person that I am.
LoL! Is something wrong with your keyboard?
I'm serious.
It's so over-the-top I thought may be a FReeper prank. LOL!
The long lines probably did affect the number of registered votes in certain areas, but not in the way the DNC spin-meisters put it. Long lines make it real hard to perform the kind of vote fraud where a bunch of guys go from poll to poll, voting in the names of dead or moved-away voters
They keep voting for Democrats who keep promising a bigger slice of the welfare pie - one they continually fail to deliver.
I'd say we've moved beyond "perceived".
Obviously, there are exceptions, and I'm not just talking about blacks who vote Republican. I'm talking about blacks who reject the rhetoric of the Democrats and the race pimps for what it is and decides they are going to vote based not on what government will *do* for them but on what they will do for themselves.
If they choose, after that, to still vote for Democrats then at least I would consider them an informed voter. But if they vote Democrat simply because they believe all the racist hooey fed to them by white liberals, then they are stupid - not just perceived stupid but truly are. They are consigning themselves to the slavery of a government system that will ultimately fail them.
One of the long-time real heroes of School Choice is Polly Williams of Milwaukee, a person who, many years ago, saw the damage being done to minority children by a monopoly system controlled by unions and bureaucrats.
As a Wisconsin legislator, she worked with Gov. Thompson to get a Choice program going, and she has spoken out nationally on behalf of returning the schools to the control of the parents--parents who, by the way, provide the kids and the tax dollars which support the failing system.
You can read John Fund's interview with her at this web address:

Clearly, Polly Williams understands what you have stated, and she has had the courage to speak out and work for change.
Yep....as usual, the liberals don't know how badly they hurt those they are trying to "help".
Without Affirmative Action, a diploma from Emory Med School would tell me all I need to know about the quality of the doctor I am going to see.
With AA, however, I will more than likely pass on a black physician.
Really sad.
Your a wonderful writer, as I've told you before. I wish you would go on speaking tours and could be heard by larger groups of people. It is that way here in the Black community in Philadelphia. Our Mayor is as crooked as they come. They found an FBI bugging device in his office right before the election. People in his inner circle are being indicted for pay to play and when the bugging was publicized the first person to come out was Chakka Fattah saying he's being crucified because he's a black man, got the Black community all riled up and he won the election. They used his race to try to cover up how crooked his administration is. During the Presidential election, when Clinton came here, our Mayor gave city workers half a day off (with pay) and had them all file out of their offices to go to the Kerry rally.
