Ruby Tuesday tried printing the nutrition information on their menu for a short time. Believe it or not, but the steamed vegetable platter was higher in calories than the sirlion steak (400 vs. 300). In fact steak was by far the lightest fare, lower in calories than all the sides, salads etc. No wonder Atkins dieters lose weight.

You have to say NO CHEESE OR DRESSING when ordering vegetables if you're calorie counting.
