If Kerry gave Assad half of his chin, maybe they both would have normal profiles.

Surprised Michael Moore isn't standing between Carter and Whitman ... wasn't he invited?

He went straight to the after-funeral buffet.

Happy New Year...

Things are fine...we avoided the worst of the storms in the South.

Very best to you and yours.

Regards, Ivan

Where did Carter go from there? To pay his respects at the grave of the Ayatollah Khomeini?

I wouldn't be surprised if he met with families of suicide bombers and then checked in with Ramsey Clark on defense strategy for Saddam.

New Jersey, Whitman's old Governership, has many Muslims and Arab Muslims.

Perhaps the 'former Governor' is thinking of 'Future Senator'.

I wasn't especially happy when Tony Blair visited the gravesite back in December either, but he redeemed himself in my eyes with the last sentence of this article.

Blair promotes Palestinian reform Visits Mideast, holds talks with Sharon, Abbas By Joel Greenberg, Chicago Tribune | December 23, 2004

Arriving in Ramallah for the talks, Blair briefly paid his respects at Arafat's tomb in the courtyard of the late Palestinian leader's battered compound.

The Palestinians had hoped Blair would lay a wreath, but instead he walked toward the grave, nodded slightly, and walked on.

I loved the book. It helped me recall my many arguments I had with rabid libs at the time of the election vs. Ronnie. The libidiots actually thought Cahter would be regarded as one of the great pressidents. Hoohaw!

.. a visit with Iran next?

As I recall sKerry had some pretty high level Iranian monetary support anyway. I'm sure the phone calls have and still occur and a visit wouldn't really surprise me.

I'd have taken a whizz on that grave. Hope to catch someone not looking and get Clintons too.

Thank you for the informative post and photograph. I have never been a fan of Christie Whitman but I truly had no idea she was this bad.

I seem to remember that he let Iran know almost before he let the dems in the US know that he was running for president. He told them that once he was elected there would be real talks between the nations. Of course, then he and Edwards both campaigned on the promise that they would copy the fine work that Albright and Clinton did in North Korea and actually SUPPLY Iran with the uranium so that they could PROVE how trustworthy they are---Bwahaaaa!!

I saw a scroll on Fox news the other day saying that the Chia pet blowhard Joe Biden is going to Israel to monitor the Palestinian elections also---I'm sure he and Kerry will be BIIIIIIIIIIG helps over there.

"WTF! What is it with these democrats? I can only think that the HATE this country."

Jimmy Carter is a huge disgrace to this country. He is an inept Castro hugging moron who should just retire and disappear from public view.

Thanks for this post.

That settles it for me with both of them.

Carter has long been a Palestinian sympathizer. So this comes as no surprise. As for Whitman, I can only react with disgust.

He belongs at Arafats funeral. Birds of a feather flock together.

He looks as if Arafat should have gone to his funeral first.

Carter...worst president ever......Next is Clinton.

Hooray for Bush if he threatend to Nuke Mecca.

Worst Ex-Pres PING...We've had a few interesting conversations in recent past about this communist bastard who slithered his way into the White House. I wonder if he still makes fun of Reagan's jelly beans? (Pay special attention to post #16)...Might be a good read.
