Happy Birthday: FROM WHOM TO WHOM?
Government records; Freedom Of Iinformation Act suit

Posted on 01/07/2005 1:47:55 PM PST by justiceseeker93

This is an image of a copy of a birthday card found by US Park Police in Vincent Foster's "family" Honda Accord in the Fort Marcy Park parking lot on July 20, 1993 (the day Foster was found dead). The material was made available through a Freedom Of Information Act suit prosecuted by Accuracy in Media against the US Park Service.

Here is a enlargement of the lower-right corner of the card, containing a hand-written greeting. Notice that the name(s) of the sender(s) of the card have apparently been redacted by government officials.

The significance of this card in the Foster case may have been underestimated by many.

Who did the writing on this card? There are no answers in the official government reports. It is obvious that the handwriting on the card is NOT Vincent Foster's.

And who was the intended recipient of the card? It's quite likely that a) the recipient was born in late July and b) he was a resident of Texas at that time.

Logic would dictate that either the sender and/or intended recipient were likely IN Foster's car shortly before it was recovered. There is hardly any other way for the birthday card to have been found there.

Were the sender(s) and/or intended recipient in Foster's circle of family and friends? Or were they interlopers using the car for nefarious purposes?

Who was(were) the sender(s)?

Who was the intended recipient?

The answers to these questions will go a long way to unraveling the mystery.

The standard reply by everybody in the 'Toon administration questioned about anything illegal was "There is no evidence." Great parsing of the English language.

True. However, I was never part of the Clinton Administration and loathe them. Moreover, the absence of evidence doesn't constitute evidence. It is quite possible that Foster was murdered. However, that doesn't mean I have to believe the assorted fruits and nuts who find 'proof' where none exists.

Poor Vince! Once he told Willie that he could no longer live with the knowledge of the theft of all that oil-for-food money, Foster had to be gotten rid of, no matter how far back they went!

The same guy who did Foster for Willie would almost certainly do any guy that talked about what Kerry is hiding in his secret military records.

Didn't intend to be critical of your post or tie you to the "Toon's." Just wanted to point out that 'evidence' means nothing until approved by a judge before or during a trial. There were countless items of evidence that Foster's death may have been murder, but the official ruling of suicide negated them. Everything after that has been conjecture regardless of who presents it.

No offense taken.

or tie you to the "Toon's."

That would be a hanging offense in Texas. ;-)

Unfortunately, it wouldn't be here in Minnesota.

What do you think would or could ever reopen that case? There really were too many strange and unanswered questions there.

I doubt it will ever be reopened as a legal case. Maybe the History Channel will do something on it in 50 years.

Not in a million years since I've had lustful thoughts about good ole W, the spittin' image of my dreams of a tried and true man of Texas.

Sure there is. Was he murdered? Who knows? The conspiracy nuts, however, don't help.

I assure you I am not nuts. You just don't know the facts. A dumped body, found in a park, is prima face evidence of murder. In fact there in no evidence for suicide: (virtually) no blood, no bone, no brains, no bullet found associated with the victim.

If you are really interested you will check out a new thread, The Vincent Foster Op-ed Contest (Redux), I started about this.

I don't see anything funny about this. There's no question that Vince Foster did not kill himself in Fort Marcy Park. The evidence against it is overwhelming.

You can't tell much from this picture, but the name that has been whitened out might suggest something.

The FBI were involved in the coverup ten different ways, from losing the xrays to planting the pistol to harrassing one of the witnesses, and they may possibly have been involved in the murder itself or in moving the body into the park. So it's hard to see how the truth will ever get out.

Someone very powerful would have to want to bring it out, and I don't think that is at all likely. What would such a person gain by it?

Bush didn't play any part in it, and if he has ever thought about it at all, he probably prefers not to know anything about it. The case has been closed and he has other concerns.

I'd like to see the truth come out and justice done, but that doesn't happen very often when Billy Jeff is involved. Probably God will have to sort it out.

Since today is the thirteenth anniversary of the crime, I'll tell you folks more of what I know.

That birthday card whose image I posted back in January '05 was found in the Foster family Honda in Fort Marcy Park on the evening of the crime. It has no connection whatsoever to any Foster family member, so an interloper who had no legal access to the car had to have left it there. That occurred when the Foster car arrived at the park - driven by one of the goons who did the dirty work - in order to fake the "suicide."

That card was brought by one of the goons, intended to be hand-delivered to one of his partners in crime, an old buddy whom he hadn't seen in a while who was to celebrate a birthday soon thereafter. But the card (as well as other items belonging to the goons) was left in the Foster vehicle by oversight, a mistake caused by the earlier-than-expected arrival of the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue squad, which necessitated haste on the part of the goons in fleeing from the Park.

I like how these "goons" stop off and get birthday cards for each other on their way to a murder.

Poor Vince. If only he could talk. What he knows would have Hillary out of any race forever.
