“She must have done something really bad!” one Muslim woman said to me after seeing the picture. By that, she of course meant having sex outside of marriage. 

If that was her crime, then she had to have an accomplice. Was the man also stoned? Have any Muslim men been stoned for adultery?

None that I have ever heard of, that's certain. Come to think of it, I don't think Muslim men can commit adultery, according to their religion. I'm not sure, so don't quote me on it. :)
