They both are intent on destroying this Country, and surprisingly, using similar tactics.

I think the main difference is one set know exactly what they are doing... they have been doing it for 1400 years. The other set are just "useful idiots" who mistakenly think the former will owe them some debt of gratitude.

It's been over 3 years since Sept.11. The "silent" majority of Muslims have had plenty of time to organize, galvanize and speak out against Muslim atrocities committed here in the USA as well as those committed in their countries of origin. The reason that "moderate muslims" are silent is because they don't exist, and if they do exist they are such a small part of the Muslim-American population, they aren't even in the census.

It depends.

I thought you might want a break and a chance to refuel before the next flame war.

Your call!

Hey Jan -

You may have missed this link I posted on the other thread -

Found this page and this quote - http://www.submission.org/jihad/replies.html

"Prophet Muhammed himself told them not to write any other books but the Quran, they did not listen except for the first 200 years. In these books the scholars find all the reasons to kill anyone and oppress anyone. They use these books to cancel the clear verses in the Quran that order them to be Just and peaceful. For example , Quran declares,

"There shall be no compulsion in religion" 2:256,

but the Hadiths books cancel this major Quranic law. "

I did miss that link, thanks.

Interesting, in the Holy Bible in Revelation 22:18-19, it says not to add to take from this Book.

The Mormons wrote a new add-on didn't they ? The one that allows polygamy ?

Most remakes suck anyway - even Schrek 2

Hi dennsiw,

I have been without regular internet access for about half a year (while building a new house). I cannot tell you how much i missed freerepublic in that period. Your posts not the least.

Your perspective on issues is very much appreciated here from icy cold Norway.

Have a good night and Cheers!

LOL

Which, according to Rev. 22:18-19 makes their book unscriptural...or more bluntly, a fraud.

Thanks and stay warm in Norway! You are lucky to have oil which gives you the freedom to opt out of the EU. While those sad sacks kiss Islamic butt to ensure the smooth flow of Arab oil.

BTW. there was some interview in a Norwegian paper today about the Oslo treaty. They interviews Norwegian jews and Norwegian palis's (*sigh*), and they both agreed that the treaty was an evil plot to destroy the pali's/Israel respectively.

personally, I don't think the Norwegian people behind Oslo had any evil intentions, but like liberals everywhere they live in their own fantasy.

The Silent Muslim Majority IS the Problem

1. They stay silent, because speaking up might get them killed by their co-religionists.
2. They get sympathy from the "enlightened" member of the countries to which they emigrate.
3. They simply bid their time until the original inhabitants (French,
Germans, Dutch, etc.) are dhimmis and take over the country.

If I were a Muslim, this would work for me!

The higher the standard of living, the more the liberals get to engage in their hothouse fantasies. Norway is always highly ranked and the USA does well too. Good intentions are not enough and can lead to hellish outcomes.
