When they passed the law years ago that disallowed those who were convicted of crimes to be unable to profit from their crimes was a terrific law, but, it has been over turned.

The law came as a result of the John Wayne Gacey (the clown), he was trying to sell his art work and other type things and folks went to court saying that he should not profit from from his victims.
It was overturned but it is rare you see many making a buck.
