I would just like to have it on the record that despite all the rumors, there is absolutely no concrete proof that Bob Wallace ever raped a German shepherd.

And there is no concrete proof that a German Shepard had canal knowledge of Bob. I'm not saying it happened, or it didn't happen, though that would explain a lot about his behavior and rants.
