You just have to do it on an individual basis.

For example: one fine winter day, I boarded the commuter train from Chicago, wearing my new leather jacket. The train was almost full. Almost all the seats on the train car were filled. There were only 3 seats that had an open spot I could sit down in. My decision on which one to sit in was made when I noticed that one open seat was next to a young woman wearing a PETA button.

When it comes to mindless trophy hunting vs. PETA, I am reminded of the old adage, "Even a stopped clock is right twice a day."

Other things about Boggs that have interested the news media over the years: willing himself invisible, sex addict, parking lot fight during spring training, used to hit every batting practice pitch out of the ballpark but only averaged 14 HRs a year, argued over error calls with the official scorer after the game to help him get his gold gloves, and, drumroll please, chicken man.

So what I want to know is just when in the hell is the department of wildlife going to get off thier butts and declare a P.E.T.A. hunting season? It could start around jan 2 and end dec 30 :-)Not only would it thin the herd of peta freaks but all other animals species currently being harmed by thier assinine policys would benefit greatly as well.It would be a win win all around.
