He actually has Ted "Fatboy" Kennedy as the cat that will stop him. Can Kennedy ask Gonzales if it is more torturous to have panties on your head (Like Ted Kennedy at "traditional" Easter weekends in Palm Beach) or to suffocate in an air pocket of a submerged car over a period of fourteen hours.
