Thanks for the update that is older than the story. I feel like it is a time warp here some days.
I hate to have to ping everyone but all of this is Dec news and it would seem charges against 4 are ongoing...sigh..Latest old news is in Breaking sidebar.

This is all confusing ..That was old news..This seems to be the latest...There are 4 still charged.
Now I'm confused. Are there charges or are the charges dropped?
PA Christians face 47 years for reading Bible in
public and condemning homosexuality and abortion¿¿¿¿¿¿
Holy shiite, Batman!
This is an interesting statement, by the lawyer for the homosexual activitists: ... the eleven Christians were arrested in October not for preaching the gospel, but for refusing to abide by the rules established by local law enforcement authorities.
In other words, if the police tell you that you can't exercise First Amendment rights, you commit a felony if you do it anyway. Why do I have a feeling that the revolution is coming, whether I'm ready or not?
We need to put an end to this now! Major lawsuit against the city!!
4 are still charged..Cannot confirm the older link I gave you..I saw the discussion on O'Reilly so 4 are still charged and rep of the Philly DA indicated probation was the likely outcome...

Unprecedented abuse of power silences Christian message
Thanks for the cross reference. I was unaware of the connection between federal employees and citizens exercising their first amendment rights.
Apparently - and you already know this probably - these homosexual attorneys have formed an organization within Justice. This travesty should be investigated and they should be fired if they are shown to be biased against these Christians.
We need to keep up the pressure.
I saw the report about the homosexual DoJ attorneys earlier. The source was anonymous, so it has to be regarded with some caution; however, I'm not discounting it.
This whole thing is insane ...
